Viktor Lofgren dbe9235f3a (*) Upgrade to JDK21 with preview enabled. ... also move some common configuration into the root build.gradle-file. Support for JDK21 in lombok is a bit sketchy at the moment, but it seems to work. XZ for Java - Public Domain

"XZ Utils is free general-purpose data compression software with a high compression ratio. XZ Utils were written for POSIX-like systems, but also work on some not-so-POSIX systems. XZ Utils are the successor to LZMA Utils."

Needed for openzim to deal with modern zim files.
